Tremploy, Inc.  is a non-profit community-based organization committed to providing adults who have a intellectual disability with vocational training and support services which will assist each individual to explore his/her full potential and empower him/her to contribute and participate in a meaningful way within the community.

Keeping in mind a view of the whole person, vocational training and support services will be directed towards providing opportunities for integration into community which includes:

- gainful employment
- increased enhancement of quality of life, and/or
- increased skill development.

The philosophy underlying the organization is that every individual has the right to be as productive and self-sufficient as possible and to develop towards his/her maximum potential.  Whenever possible, this should mean employment in the community at a supportive and/or competitive level.  The organization exists to provide appropriate training opportunities which will enhance the full development of abilities and facilitate progress toward each individual's optimum functioning level.
